Instead give us tokens without expiration. @jncb better customer service is needed. Jcan businesses continue to suffer because the banks negatively impact productivity.

@jncb u must do better for your customers. This is a waste of productivity 2 have persons waiting for hours to do something that u require us to come in 2 do. It can't b done online. So find a workable process. I hope @CentralBankJA and @AffairsJamaica force d banks 2 do better.

@kfcjamaica Food is great but getting it is a task. Consideration must be made to ensure ppl don't have to wait more than 15 mins to get food. It's called fast food after all.

@ScotiabankJM @AffairsJamaica why should a customer wait for two months to resolve an issue with an ATM. I went to withdraw money, the ATM malfunction I didn't get the money my account was reduced by $30,000. It has been two months now and no resolve.

@ScotiabankJM it's too much money for me to wait any longer. I have things I need to pay for. Every time I call customer care an investigation is being done. @BankofJam @AffairsJamaica I'm sure BNS customers in Canada aren't exposed to this poor treatment.

@jncb @ncbja customer service is needed at your bank. waited 2 hrs outside, and 45 mins inside, to speak with customer service for them to tell me that they can't help me. I then called cust service spent 1½ hour for them to tell me togo back to the branch. This is slackness.
