@TUIUK@TUIGroup as the parent company of @crystalski is there somebody who can help? Due to fly in less than two days and our entire holiday has just been changed without any warning. This needs resolved ASAP.
@crystalski just found out that our chalet has been double booked and weโve been moved to a different chalet in a different resort with no contact from @crystalski. Have been on hold for more than 3 hours and canโt get through. Due to fly out Sat am. Please contact ASAP.
