@drjohnm This drug can potentially save lives. In your experiences with this drug, what's the frequency of TdP/PVT in a patient that gets an EKG Day 0 and Day 2 with QTc<500, as well as normal K/Mg? Would be really important to define that number prior to propagating fear @raoult_didier
