A man single-handedly cleans an entire river in his village.

A 20-year-old student in India is going viral for cleaning a polluted river by himself. Bittu Tabahi has removed plastic and trash from the water, spending his own money on supplies despite getting infections on his hands.Bittu has continued his mission to fight water pollution.

While many influencers are busy chasing views, likes and brand deals, this young man chose to create real change.

He took it upon himself to clean an entire river that was buried under garbage - all by himself. 🌱👏

Do you know about Uma's story.

She has received the Star Diamond Award from Zomato in 2020.

This award is given because in the last few years, she hasn't canceled even a single order nor delayed any delivery.

Her husband passed away 10 years ago. So she had to work even when she is sick. 

She wakes up at 5 in the morning and drops her son off at cricket coaching 15 kilometers away on a bike.

After that, she finishes all the household chores and start delivering food from 12 noon to 11 in the night.

She does 18 to 25 deliveries every day, meaning she rides her bike more than 200 kilometers daily.

She only gets to sleep for a mere 5 hours.
