Synchrony Bank lets you open CDs but doesn't pay interest on them. Their customer service office says they are looking into the issue and hasn't solved it in 3 months despite 4 phone calls. I will next contact the FDIC and other regulators for assistance.

@AmericanAir American Airlines' website deceivingly posts improper refunds/changes. They state that they are allowed and then they charge alot of $ when you try to change/cancel. Totally a scam for unwitting consumers Be aware. Other airlines are upfront and clear.

@AmericanAir Watch out everyone. American is advertising deceptively by saying Flagship Flexible fares allow changes and refunds. What they don't say is that they charge hundreds of dollars for this right. Fraud???

AA isn't honoring Flagship Business Flexible- "charges and refunds allowed". I booked 2 tix fr Auckland to FLL business and need to cancel. It wants to charge $156 each to cancel and get refund. Not disclosed on the site or emails. Will escalate if not resolved

So- @BestBuy never showed up to install. I called them and they told me I needed to be rescheduled. Awful customer service. Disgraceful-- they are a nightmare and don't care about the customer

Anyone use @bestbuy Like Jerry Seinfeld said, they make installation appointments but do not honor them. They are now 2 hours late for the installation appointment for a new dishwasher purchased from them
