@we_are_cult one of the worst service. I had been to cult pune kadnagar branch. The lady Bhanushree sitting in the reception was so horrible. Dont know how to talk to customer. She was very rude to customers. I am going to take it forward to consumer court.

@ZeptoNow I order one gym t shirt and pant from Zepto now both were correct size label but incorrect fit. It was written hassle free exchange. But the team didnot agree to replace or return. Worst service.need help.

@goibibo is one of the worst supports. We booked a hotel Kalpataru in Sindhudurg. Never got s stay there as the owner denied to give us a room. Called twice and asked for refund they created a ticket and closed it also but never processed refund. Sick service.

@GoibiboSupport I have sent all the details on DM two days back still waiting for response and my full refund issue has been on going for more then 15 days now still they have not processed my refund. Seriously go ibibo has a very pathetic service

@GoibiboSupport I was able to find another hotel only by 10 as I have two kids and I was tensed whether i will get a room or not . So could not call the same day. Even after your team member assuring me for refund i am still struggling to get my money back.Sick.

@GoibiboSupport Why do you need an alternate invoice . The hotel didnot give me the room i escalated this the very next day your team member said that the refund will be processed in two. I could call support the same bcoz it was a long weekend and all the other hotel were sold out.
