I’ve been begging @airtelindia to disconnect my broadband & postpaid since April 30. I’ve moved abroad, raised multiple requests via calls, emails, and tweets. They still charge me monthly for unused services.
They send robotic replies, say they “tried calling me” — on my India number, which I clearly said I no longer use.
They suggest I gift the broadband to someone else instead of disconnecting. This is harassment, not customer service.
I’m already stressed relocating internationally with Family— this is just adding mental burden. @airtelindia has made it deliberately hard to disconnect, refuses accountability and looting money.
@TRAI@DoT_India@ConsumerCom — please take action. We need stricter rules against such exploitative practices.
To anyone reading — please help me amplify this. I’ve hit a wall.
