📢花了一个多月的时间处理了个人的一些私事，今天开始回归追踪工作，不间断更新各类重要消息！
今天先补更FTX近期发生了哪些重要事件？ $FTT #FTX

1. FTX客户特设委员会(CAHC) 近况：
自去年12月份此组织成立并向法院提交了一份破坏计划后，近期又上线了官网：https://t.co/iEQHJh4cNu，号召债权人在解决以下问题之前，对FTX提出的任何计划都投“反对票”：
① 【客户的利益优先】
类似Anthropic的股权收益及加密资产增值部分也应该优先赔付于债权人；
② 【无30%的预扣税】
非美债权人不缴纳30%的税收或由IRS承担；
③【按照当前加密货币价格进行赔偿】
④【赔偿以要加密货币返还，不要邮寄支票】
目前已加入1293个债权人，约合6.8亿美元的债权，“为正义而战”

2. SBF的刑事判决：
美司法部检察官建议法官对SBF判处40-50年的监禁，而近期SBF辩护律师团队向法官（Lewis Kaplan）提交了量刑申请，要求对SBF判处不超过6.5年的监禁刑期。
纽约南区地方法院定于3月28日晚上21:30(北京时间)对SBF做出判决，总共七项犯罪指控；
（盲猜至少判处22年监禁以上，基于SBF之前一直编织谎言欺骗法官+加密资产增值带来的索赔额上涨）

3. FTX重组
之前FTX破产律师表示"由于没有买家，暂时不会重启交易所"，所以后续关于FTX 2.0重组相关的报道几乎都消失了。
按照相关程序规定，如果法院在2024第二季度末之前未批准修订计划，则将Taggle执行清算程序返还用户资产(预计100%)。律师只表示“暂时”不会重启，所以仍然有3个多月的时间来幻想FTX 2.0的可能性！

4. $FTT 筹码及清算地址
1. FTX巴哈马联合临时清算人(JPL)的两个钱包地址未变化，总计持有2.417亿个$FTT，约占FTT代币总量的73.49%；
2. Binance 持仓略减1%左右，约占比11%；
具体筹码分布可看附图，总体与4个月前变化不大，但需紧盯地址1，2，4，5异动情况，是否会被清算或以其它方式进行出售或销毁！观察地址：

【总结】：
* FTX 2.0重组的可能性只剩3个月，然而债权人及UCC好像已不再支持重组了，希望渺茫！
* $FTT 清算/出售或销毁直接关系到币价，时刻关注！
* Binance目前是FTT最大持有者，也是剩余价值的支撑者，因为前期它在FTX上产生过较大的亏损；
* 如果在第二个季度末内无重组计划，则FTT只剩下MEME价值，寄托于Binance；
* 债权人可以前往CAHC官网支持和参与他们的计划；
