@virginmedia what a joke when you move home they cut service midnight the day before ππ so I am now all day no service costing me an extra Β£50 in extra data for me and my son π‘π‘π‘π‘ makes no sense not to warn me its midnight night before not night of π‘π‘π‘π‘
@OnlineHelp22898 I already did and got someone phoning asking me to download apps so I can get compensation. I had to move all my money from my account because it was so dodgy.

Customer service a joke I'm going to miss out on bonus points as they didn't fix card when they said they did. I have wasted so much time on phone and live chat trying to sort it.
@FirstinGlasgow when will the app be fixed 57 glasgow not showing on maps for 4 or 5 days now π² I've been told if it's on the map it will turn up ooooops yet again no clue if I'll get to work on time π
