I get back and the internet has gone down. It takes me 15 minutes to get it up and running again. This happens every time I switch my TV on. I’m just very frustrated now.

Then they put me through to someone who’ll help, in reality it’s just the sales team who know about nothing except signing you into a new contract for commission.

@virginmedia tracking in Sicily. Can't cannot to data roaming despite 30 minutes talking to support this morning and "fixes". Not fixed Now when I call through the day there is 35-50 minute wait to speak. Ridiculous service

@virginmedia what a joke when you move home they cut service midnight the day before 😂😂 so I am now all day no service costing me an extra £50 in extra data for me and my son 😡😡😡😡 makes no sense not to warn me its midnight night before not night of 😡😡😡😡
