So @inckerala seems to have officially become an extended version of the Muslim League through the appointment of @vdsatheesan. Earlier, its leaders from the Gandhi family used to only parrot the narratives of the league for the sake of votebank politics. Today, they have even compromised the Chief Ministership of Keralam, as seen from previous news reports where their MLAs were clearly in favor of @kcvenugopalmp. It's sad that despite being a long-time loyalist of Gandhi family, KC misses out as he is not a favored member of the league. In times to come, maybe the Gandhi family will merge Congress with the League and become its official spokespersons.

Rule 32(5) of the CGST Rules, 2017, provides the mechanism for the valuation of supply and value of GST where the person sells a second-hand vehicle.

Note: Opting for a margin scheme is applicable only where the taxpayer has not availed input tax credit on purchase of such vehicle.

The value of supply will be calculated as the difference between the WDV (Purchase price - Depreciation) of the goods and the selling price of the goods, and where the value of supply is negative, it shall be ignored.

This has been misinterpreted by many .Let's look at an example below:

In 2011, I bought a car for 8 lakhs

Yesterday, I went to an authorized car seller and sold it for 2 lakhs

Today Mr.Mohan came to the authorized seller and bought it for 3 lakhs

So how much gst has to be paid by Mr. Mohan ?

It is the difference of the amount the authorized seller bought from me and sold it to Mr. Mohan

That means he has to pay 18% of 1 lakh as gst

Suppose if I were to sell the car directly to Mr. Mohan, then there he would not have to pay any gst.

The newly appointed self proclaimed messiah of the people of Wayanad seem to be oblivious of the happenings there. Is it because she has decided to maintain the same attitude as that of the ruling CPM, where Adivasis are treated with nothing but disdain? Atrocities piling up against Adivasis and the brand new MP maintaining stoic silence seem totally bizzare. @priyankagandhi should remember that an elected MP is not placed in the constituency to cater to the welfare of Pakistani flag bearers alone.

Each nook and corner of Bharat abounds in rich glorious Hindu traditions. And Kerala is no less. In fact there is no area of the land that is bereft of age old Hindu traditions. Probably this is why tourism advertisements and campaigns promoting Kerala make it a point to highlight the diversity of temples and temple arts. In fact, Kerala can never be perceived of, without it's temples. And there lies the travesty too– the Milords seem to be hell bent on destroying these traditional beliefs and observances.

The recent developments being witnessed by the state, regarding Judiciary's intervention on including elephants in temple festivities, is bound to leave a lasting impact. Today, thanks to Judicial intervention, the time honoured Thriputhaaraattu of Chengannur Mahadeva Temple was carried out, sans elephants, simply because temple authorities had to abide by the directives from the Court.

According to the directive issued, a 10 day notice has to be served, in case of elephant procession. However, when it comes to Thiruputh or Menstruation of Devi, the date cannot be predicted before 10 days. This is an age old tradition, which now stands broken, owing to gross mismanagement mismanagement of Devaswom Board officials, who decided not to contest against the directive, and refrained from moving High Court.

It is indeed distressing to note that the Milords have put devotees in utter anguish. And if this is to continue, all the grand temple festivals and observances in Kerala will soon be a distant memory.

The rumors that the deep state is a Chinese puppet have turned out to be true. No wonder China fans in INDI alliance are trying their best to topple Indian firms.

It must be noted that under decades of Congress' misrule, Indian businesses were never allowed to dream big as they were held in the shackles of License Raj. China wants the same situation to come back to India now since the "New India" under PM Modi is successfully challenging their global hegemony.

The victory of Trump in recent elections is not crucial only for the US' America first agenda. It is also an important development for India to grow unhindered by the sabotages of Chinese influenced American government departments. Let's hope that Trump's "DOGE" under @VivekGRamaswamy and @elonmusk will successfully counter this Chinese operations of American intelligence soon.

Instead of enacting this drama now, he should have focused on curbing the stubble burning incidents in Punjab when the Congress was in power. It must be remembered that this problem of pollution in Delhi started in 2016-17 and Congress was in power in Punjab from 2017-22. Despite multiple lashes from the Supreme Court over its failure to curb the stubble burning incident, the Congress government maintained 7 that any action to control stubble burning would lead to loss of votes. Hence, before enacting this drama of conversation, Rahul Gandhi must first apologize to the city of Indraprastha, for making it a gas chamber.
