GUADALUPE RIVER FLOODING EVENT

Location: Central Texas – Guadalupe River Watershed

Heavy rainfall over the Texas Hill Country—particularly in Kerr County—has resulted in
catastrophic flooding along the Guadalupe River. Between 0600 and 1000 hours, the river rose
over 22 feet. Flash Flood Emergency declarations are in effect.

Dear President Trump, 

This is the fourth time that we have written to you about American patriot Tina Peters, a nearly 70-year-old, widowed grandmother, cancer survivor and Gold Star Mom, who continues to languish behind bars as a political prisoner serving an outrageous 9 ½ year sentence in the Colorado State Penitentiary for doing her elected and sworn duty to protect and preserve 2020 federal Presidential records in accordance with federal law. 

Recently, you rightfully ordered the U.S. Department of Justice and “other aspects of the federal government” to investigate Chris Krebs for his nefarious acts as the former Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).  Krebs clandestinely communicated with many dozens of voting officials and election equipment vendors across America, including Eric Coomer, CEO of Dominion Voting Systems, Corp. which provides the voting equipment that altered the votes in nearly every county in Colorado and in many other states across the country that led to your defeat in the 2020 Presidential election.   

With all due respect, how much more evidence needs to be presented before you sign a Presidential Executive Order pardoning former Mesa County, Colorado Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters for exposing how Soros-funded, anti-Trump, Democrat Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold ordered the alteration of the Colorado 2020 Presidential voting records that caused you to lose that election?  If you can’t do so for some reason, then at least direct U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi and appoint a Federal Special Prosecutor to investigate the obvious federal election crimes that are still being committed in Colorado and order the U.S. Marshals to take Tina into protective custody and into the Federal Witness Protection Program so she can assist in a federal investigation into the felonious federal election crimes Tina uncovered for your benefit. 

Thankfully, since you became POTUS on January 20, 2025, you have pardoned thousands of American patriots who were wrongfully jailed for expressing their belief that the 2020 Presidential election was rigged against you.   However, Tina who is the only election official in America who actually exposed how that election was stolen from you has been wrongfully incarcerated since October 3, 2024 for doing so.  How much longer must Tina remain locked up for courageously doing what was her legal duty to do?  Tina’s unjust imprisonment is a national disgrace that only you can correct and the millions of American voters who know about her plight are growing more frustrated by the minute because you haven’t had her released from prison when we know you have the power and authority to do so. 

Mr. President, you have been POTUS for nearly 3 months and Tina and her many supporters around the country have been patiently waiting for you to take corrective action on her behalf.  Well, you need to know that we’ve waited long enough because we know you are aware of Tina’s plight and now, we implore you to keep your promise to “get her out” by ordering her immediate release from prison before her already failing health deteriorates any further, or something even worse happens to her there.   

Tina is a petite, gentle, elderly, Godly woman whose situation is extremely perilous because she is imprisoned with some of the most hardened and dangerous criminals in Colorado.  Your U.S. Attorney General, Pamela Bondi thus far appears to be inept for failing to investigate, arrest and prosecute those who are responsible for stealing the 2020 Presidential election from you.  Beyond that, the failure to have Tina released from prison gives off the perception that Ms. Bondi is intentionally doing so to the detriment of your reputation and Tina's health.  We hope that this is not the case.
