I have already contacted the police station, but there is no transparency; the issue is still not resolved.

According to them, the amount is already frozen, but I have not received it yet due to lack of mismanagement and a hell lot of paperwork.

My NCRP cyber fraud complaint (Docket No: 31102260045708) has been marked “Closed”, but there is still:
-No refund
-No investigation update
-No closure explanation

Requesting urgent review and status update on the case.

Quick update re @SamsungMobile & @SamsungIndia support:

- No resolution yet (almost 1 month).
- No transparency on parts replacement & cost breakdown (labour, logistics, etc.) via email.
- Forced to pay GST on parts despite the issue not being our fault.
