‼️BREAKING: a tiny lab in Tokyo just built a model that matches the performance of Fable and Mythos.

the numbers are real too - 54.2 on SWE-Pro, 95.1 on GPQA-D, 93.2 on LiveCodeBench v6. it edges out Opus, Gemini 3.1, and GPT 5.4 on each one and because it’s just coordinating existing models, it delivers Mythos-class capability with zero export control risk.

seems like another lab is breathing on Anthropic’s neck again.

BREAKING: The NSA's own director says Mythos broke into almost all of its classified systems in hours.

Per The Economist, Senator Mark Warner, vice chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said General Joshua Rudd, who runs the NSA and the Pentagon's Cyber Command, told him this directly.

This came out on June 11, the same day Amazon reportedly found a separate jailbreak in Anthropic's models. Within hours, Trump ordered Anthropic to cut off foreign access to Mythos and Fable.

Anthropic shut both down completely instead.

Now there are two competing stories for why this actually happened.

One says the shutdown was a response to the NSA's own classified systems getting breached in hours.

The other says Anthropic is privately pushing back, calling the jailbreak minor and the shutdown an overreaction to something other AI models can already be tricked into doing.

The NSA was already using Mythos for its own cyber operations, with Anthropic engineers embedded inside the agency. The same tool the agency was actively relying on is the one its own director says broke into almost everything it owns.

The US-Iran Deal key points (unconfirmed sources)
The reported Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the United States consists of fourteen key provisions:

An immediate and permanent ceasefire across all theaters of conflict, including Lebanon.
A US pledge to respect Iran’s sovereignty and refrain from interfering in its domestic affairs.
The complete removal of the naval blockade within 30 days.
A commitment by the United States to withdraw military forces stationed around Iran.
The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days, under arrangements managed by Iran.
The suspension of sanctions affecting Iran’s oil, petrochemical, and related exports, along with unrestricted access to its financial assets.
An obligation for the United States and its allies to submit reconstruction plans for Iran valued at no less than $300 billion.
A 60-day negotiation period aimed at reaching a comprehensive agreement on nuclear issues, coupled with the full removal of US primary and secondary sanctions, as well as relevant UN Security Council and IAEA Board of Governors measures.
Iran’s reaffirmation of its obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), including its commitment not to develop nuclear weapons.
During the negotiation period, the United States would refrain from deploying additional military forces to the region or imposing new sanctions.
The release of $24 billion in Iranian funds currently frozen abroad during the 60-day negotiation phase, with half of the amount to be made available before talks begin.
The establishment of a monitoring and oversight mechanism to ensure implementation of the agreement.
Formal endorsement of the final agreement through a United Nations Security Council resolution.
Final negotiations would commence only after three conditions are met: the release of half of Iran’s blocked funds, the suspension of oil-related sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade. The scope of the final agreement would be limited to enriched nuclear material and enrichment activities, sanctions relief, and Iran’s economic reconstruction framework.

Just watched again, ‘Grave of the Fireflies’ (火垂るの墓), and I honestly need a moment.
Two children. No parents. No safety net. Just each other, trying to survive while the world moves on around them.
Growing up on Bollywood films, I always saw animation as something lighthearted — something meant for kids. I never expected an animated film to leave me this emotionally wrecked.
What stayed with me wasn't the war itself, but the quiet moments: the hunger, the loneliness, the desperate hope that things might somehow get better. Watching innocence slowly disappear felt almost unbearable.
Grave of the Fireflies (火垂るの墓) isn't really a film about war. It's about the people war leaves behind — the ones whose stories rarely make it into history books.
Some movies entertain you. Some movies stay with you.
This one changes the way you see an entire medium.
I'll never look at animation the same way again. 🕯️
