On receipt of Twitter complaint in train no 20679, on duty staff at ASK, HC 649 attended the S2 coach and noticed all the passengers sleeping except 02 persons and no music was being played. Both passengers were made aware on the issue and counselled accordingly please.

On checking, only bona fide passengers were found travelling in the coach and no passenger by the name Sameer Patel responded when enquired. On arrival of the said train to ASK station on duty staff checked and found that the TTE had already resolved the issue duly adjusting the luggage and making the path comfortable for the passengers to move please.

A regular drive will be conducted within Arsikere jurisdiction to identify such activities and if found they will be prosecuted under the relevant section of the RA Act.
