Escort staff deployed in the coach upto UBL. LadyPassenger refused to lodge complaint with GRP/DVG pls.

Based on your complaint, on duty staff checked the entire rake of 16535 Ex. and noticed one person smoking and was booked under railway rules. Such persons will be identified and necessary action will be taken against them.

No. 17302, on duty staff at JRU, RRB, and ASK stations, as well as the TTE staff, thoroughly checked the coaches, but no such person was found. However special drive against such disturbances will be conducted & suitable action will be ensured.
