RPF’s Timely Action Ensures Safe Return of Passenger’s Belongings:

On 31.03.2026, a Rail Madad complaint was received regarding a ladies’ handbag left behind by a passenger in Coach B-1 of Train No. 11301 Udyan Express while alighting at Yelahanka.

Acting promptly, RPF staff coordinated effectively- Divisional Security Control Room/Bengaluru alerted the train escort team, and the bag was quickly secured and brought to RPF Post/Bengaluru Cantonment.

The bag, containing gold ornaments (50 grams) and cash, totaling ₹7.53 lakh, was safely returned to the passenger after due verification — with all contents found intact.

The passenger expressed heartfelt gratitude for the swift and efficient response of RPF personnel.
