@levelsio The correct treshold is UV index 2 not 4. Most of the northern hemisphere right now exceeds that safe level for most of the day each summer. Being outside between ~10 and ~18 is in itself already a health risk. Lips have almost no protection against UV.

@levelsio The best only 100% effective protection from UV-induced DNA damage, skin cancer and accelerated skin aging is not exposing yourself to the sun at all. In European summer, just a few minutes each day enough to get enough to produce Vitamin D.

@MMFischbach Um so besser für Bitcoin. So lange man nur Euro kauft um die Kreditkartenrechnung zu begleichen und dann eigentlich auch noch einen Rabatt bekommt, weil man den Euro schon wieder 1-10% günstiger bekommt ist ja alles gut.

@EnigmaVon Es ist ziemlich egal was irgendein Parteichef sagt. Deutschland ist keine (Wahl-)Monarchie. Vielleicht solltet ihr mal mehr Estland, Portugal oder Schweiz versuchen. Alle 3 aktuell attraktiver als DE für Fachkräfte.

@EnigmaVon Liberal wirst du aktuell in DE oder US wenig finden. Es gibt kaum noch liberal Denkende dort. Ich wüsste nicht warum Musk oder Trump liberal sein sollen, die nennen sich nichtmal selbst nicht so. Am ehesten wirst du in CH, EE und PT fündig.

@Psychohoernchen @MMFischbach @Hoellenaufsicht Als ich jung war dachte ich auch mal, dass sozial-liberal gut sei. Heute weiss ich, dass das Wort eine Mogelpackung ist. Nicht staatliche Umverteilung sondern technologischer Fortschritt ist sozial. Aktuell macht es viel Sinn für Talente D schnellstmöglichst zu verlassen.

@MMFischbach Der Euro ist nicht stabil. Es wird ständig mehr gedruckt und in Gold oder Bitcoin gemessen verliert der Euro jährlich massiv.

@julianhosp @volvocars Software can drive 300 km/h, but humans should not drive at all. Studies have shown that most humans can not reliably handle more than 120 or 130 km/h. I think banning manual driving on the one hand combined with no speed limit for sufficiently tested software is best.

@elonmuskADO No, because Starlink and X Premium is not very interesting without all the other apps, integrations etc. Just remember how Microsoft failed to build an app ecosystem. It's probably not achievable at this point, no matter how much money or dedication you put into it.

@eastdakota @Austen Either the fired accuser is blatantly lying or you are @eastdakota. You make it sound like usually there is a reasonable process and this one time this process was not followed at all. Firing without even their manager knowing is not "far from perfect", it is gross negligence.
