Hiring a video editor will earn you a lot of money.

By doing so, you’ll end up having more free time to be more creative and create higher quality videos.

You’ll also be able to create more of those videos.

Quality = Quantity

Both are important.

When hiring a video editor you’ll need a good one - somebody who’ll help you shift your content to a higher quality.

Don’t focus on money or for how long they’re editing for, that doesn’t mean anything.

Focus on editor’s:
- past results
- portfolio
- testimonials

If he has all three than you are set up for a future success.

How should that look like? Take me for example:

- Past results: I helped to gain my client over 2M subscribers within the first year of working together (we started working together when he had 50k subs)

- Portfolio: Got a lot of videos I can show you so you can see all the different styles I do and overall showcase my skills for you to be confident that I can match your style

- Testimonials: I’ve got over 15 clients that can vouch for me and screenshots of positive feedback on my work

Your video editor should analyze your channel every month.

Are you growing your channel each month or are you stuck in the same place?

Analyze it, make adjustments.

The best way is to set up a video call and look at your analytics together.

Then you discuss it and create gameplan for the upcoming weeks

- don’t be afraid to test different things and then double down on the winners.

This will help you as a content creator and also us video editors to adjust the edits of your videos so they can perform.
