@SharkCleanUK phoned today and you were “so sorry” about my issue with my power detect 2-in-1…. So sorry that you put me on hold for 37 minutes to the point your business closed and you didn’t want to deal with me. Such poor service.
Watching Kyara fight just to be taken seriously while living with endometriosis is exhausting, heartbreaking, and frankly infuriating.
No one should have to beg for pain relief, answers, or basic healthcare.
No one should be dismissed, minimised, or told to “just cope.”
@will_marsden Well I take the same case to Spain every time we go, and it’s never been an issue but when I flew in Feb, they said my bag (that’s been fine multiple times before) was too big and I got charged. Came back a week later and it was fine. It’s really not worth wasting £70 for!
@easyJet Thanks for the same generic message I’ve already had twice. My bags DO meet the dimensions, have on MANY occasions. I was UNFAIRLY CHARGED and been denied a refund so I will now go ahead and instruct my credit card company to recover the funds.
I’ve seen a serious amount of @easyJet terminal staff charging baggage fees at the gate for bags that very clearly fit!
Most recently I flew from Luton and my bag was “too big” and I was charged £48 but flying back with more than what I went with, my bag was the perfect size!
My case meets the requirements yet when I challenge easyJet about this shocking turn of events, all you get is a generic, prewritten, sad excuse for a response and refusing the refund the charge that I shouldn’t have been made to pay.
