@GWRHelp why can customers reserve seats when booking but then reservations never seem to be active on the actual trains? My last few journeys this has happened each time. I don’t get it

It was the 16.22 from Paddington. But it’s been on repeated trains. Why do allow reservations when you don’t put them on the train?

@BTCare Ive done that, turned off P controls, which myBT said weren't even on, but the block still active.. Hopeless. Why was it turned on??
