It’s a matter of civil nature not to apply article 136 directly. First go lower court upper court high court only than Supreme Court

@UmaSinghal1 Whether there is no alternative Ramedy to this type of cases. Supreme Court don’t entertain genuine cases u article 136 but these cases of injunction entertained within no time and grant stay. These are the jurisdiction of of a civil judge or a city magistrate
