There’s a basic denominator mismatch in the delimitation claim.

Now: 129 / 543 = 23.75% (States + UTs)
After: 195 / 850 = 22.94% (States + UTs)

That’s a decline, not an increase.
The “23.87%” figure comes from using only state seats (815) as the denominator after delimitation.
