Thanks for replying. My parents were at security check in at 10:20 (departure is 10:50) and as you mentioned gate should close at 10:30. They have received call from your staff that everybody has boarded except you. Hence we are closing the gate. And ultimately flight got missed. 15th April Mumbai to patna flight.
