My introduction to management class had an assignment where everyone in the class except me or my team suggested replacing a higher paid employee and moving their duties to another person. Nobody could answer the simple question of are you sure that the person left has enough time to do both jobs? None of them could even propose how to quantify the amount of time each job/task took.

Longest employment history in the class excluding myself was 2 years. None had spent more than a year in full time employment at that point. Excluding the teacher I had the longest employment history in the class.

Preexisting condition coverage means that a Type 2 diabetic patient will get their controlling medication covered if they move from W2 to 1099 employment.

@B_Mitchell43 @OpinoYBardeo @gtcstorm40 @Suffragent_ The 1800mg/ml of blood would be in overdose territory. It translates into between 7 to 10 grams depending on her total blood volume. The 1800ng/ml is approximately a half dose. Whether that is half metabolized or only half taken we don’t know.
