You get HDC to halve your prison term.
In order to do so, you must comply.

The HDC tag is goes around the ankle. This woman refused to comply and insisted it go on her wrist; which means it would slide off.

HDC is discretionary.

@Jellefant @JoPhoenix1 @sally_hines Male officers, and occasionally other inmates. There were men identifying as women in prison, and frankly it was terrifying. Giving you are forced to shower and defecate in front of the other inmates, it is beyond inhumane. Thankfully I only served four months.
