@denialvibes@markhughesF1@classicretromod I bought one in 2000 when I was racing - a 1989 coupe in blue (how was it only 11 years old π). Poor thing used to get rinsed on the way back from race weekends but loved it - good in the snow too! Only downside was the metal flaked like puff pastry...
@AutoInfatuation For a few years we used to run three white ones on the Porsche GB fleet, purely for shuttling duties. They were 4 E-Hybrids. Spacious in the rear and different, but there was a lot of exhaust and road noise, plus the hatch meant practical boot space wasn't as great as it looked.
@timpitt100 We launched the 991 Speedster there in 2019. I made the airport shuttles drive down the SP94 as a nod to the Esprit sequence driven by the legend Roger Becker!
@PHMattB I remember bringing that very car into Mercedes-Benz World for display. It became one of the cars we displayed the longest and we were allowed to run it now and again. One of my all-time favourites, absolute cracker π
Had the pleasure of announcing this onto the stage for its world premiere. Looks cracking in the metal and the interior is π. Drove the PHEV powertrain in another car, all I'll say is it means business...
Another Omoda is on its way - this time the plug-in hybrid Omoda 7, set to rival the Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tucson. Fancy an Omoda?
