Traveling to rajendranagar, Bihar via Capital express in A1 coach. Compartment is so dirty, one can't pass through the toilet. basin & toilet is clogged. If not cleaned, dirty water may come to seats. This is the condition of 2nd AC. @IRCTCofficial@EasternRailway@RailwaySeva
