85 days without parcel and without insurance! Today @Parcel2Go said something different: "If this is deemed lost, we will proceed with a claim. This is not yet declared lost" They don't know where parcel is but its not lost for them! funny! #parcel2go #parcel2DONTgo #badservice

Sent 2 parcels from Dublin to UK on July 1st with insurance. After 80 days, just 1 parcel has arrived and @Parcel2Go refuses to pay insurance. They say it is under management review. Is this a joke? @Parcel2Go no more! even when you add insurance, this is what you get... nothing!

84 days without parcel and without insurance! This is how @Parcel2Go is assisting me: the higher management needs to conduct extra searches and they need to review your case and (...) we cannot put a time limit on! How about respect contracts? #parcel2go #parcel2DONTgo
