Hey @saladworks, why does the new website prevent you from substituting items?! I would add and remove items from my salad and now if I do the same I have to pay more!!

@Visible@VisibleCare It has been 11 days of trying to sign up for Visible, support opens tickets and the issue is never resolved, no one calls me, I’m told I’ll get a response by email in 24/48 hrs and no one ever responds. Seems like they are in-visible and don’t want to help
@visiblecare@Visible So Visible believes that they can cut off your service without your permission, leave you with ZERO phone service before your SIM even arrives in the mail and compensate you with $0?!?!? That’s what I was just told, tell your friends!!!!
@visiblecare@Visible So let me get this straight, almost a month to fix your system issue, you then port/activate my number without my permission b/f I received my SIM/phone and you give me $5 for having no phone for days?!?! I’ll be posting daily until raised to mgmt!!!

@visiblecare@Visible Day 15 get a message I can try again, doesn’t work, day 16 doesn’t work, support/wait 24/48 hrs, day 17 processed order on my own, day 18 today, emails saying my service is activated, now I have no phone, no SIM card and ZERO phone service!!
@visiblecare@Visible@visiblecare Day 12, no resolution, two days ago I was told someone would call me, they took my contact number and email and said 24/48 hrs, still no response. CS says it has been escalated to a higher team. 12 days and counting to buy a device and sign up for service!!!
