Hi folks, I’ve decided to recombine my Twitter accounts. In 30 days I’m going to move back to my original Twitter handle @pchap10k Please follow me there 👋
Every year 80,000 people vanish here
just like I vanished from covering news in Japan
This is what we've been working on, an original podcast w/@campsidemedia

Web2 was the same as Web1, with much better tech. Mobile changed all our lives.

@cgledhill@RingGo_parking@transportgovuk Handling cash is a sunk cost, so not considered by the operator. SoftBank overcame this in Japan by making digital payments free for the merchant, and once hooked started monetizing. It cost billions but acquired ~44M users in the process! Not everyone has that option☺️
