Very disappointed with @DPDgroup_news they're "sorry they missed me". I've been in all day. No one rang my doorbell, no one phoned me. Impossible to speak to customer service, it's just automated systems and no option to speak to a person.
@POferriesupdate The confirmation email we received states 45 minutes (see picture). This is disappointing, as if this had been correct we could have acted accordingly and avoided this delay.
