Confirmed from a WH official on refugee cap: President Biden will keep the refugee cap number at 15,000. He is going to be changing the regional allocation of those refugees.

I think the reason the “bad day” excuse doesn’t shock me is because it’s been use to justify most isms I’ve experienced personally and how faith leaders have used it to talk around white supremacy.
