@abcb_council Seemed to have missed mentioning the main driver here is cost savings, the emissions savings are secondary! Hardly reckon you'll offset the savings against next year's rates bills though

@TrafficwatchNI Could you be a wee bit more specific as where it's closed to/from? The details of the actual closed section isn't on the website, just the diversion route. It runs for 5 or 6 miles and I live along it so trying to work out if need to use alternative route
