@garius Case in point - the monthly flexi ticket is actually 28 days but wait, they reduce this when there are bank holidays (May was 25) just when you have less opportunity to use them. then if you canβt use all of the ticket they take a 10% fee refund that is all automated onlineπ€ͺ
@ncfc_boy Iβve just bought another ticket (got confirmations), nothing ever came through from Wembley but the transaction moved from pending to actual. I spoke to the credit card company and thereβs a clear dispute case but this can only be started 15 days from transaction date.
@ncfc_boy Not yet, nothing came through overnight, theres a form on the website and will hunt for a phone number. Will just cancel the charge on the credit card if not sorted today.

@ludoscrewdo @ITVX Same problems here on my LG smart TV - going back to the first episode of the series brings back the video and then switching back to the point you were watching is a (silly) workaround.
