@viagogo 7 + hours of time away from my family attempting to resolve being scammed. Tricked for two purchase attempts and provided tickets for incorrect sections. 4 wrong tickets, $1400, 4 days, no resolution. Ultimately ruined birthday and did not attend the concert. Do better.

Absolutely. I purchased tickets - provided tickets in a different section. Never sent link to refund or select new tickets. Hours of phone calls. Day of concert purchased new tickets because did not receive link for correct tickets. Wrong tickets provided. Sent in loop after loop
