@allianceair : A small 5kg Cabin Luggage was asked to be kept in Check-In luggage, in BLR to HYD flight (9I517). Now the luggage has been misplaced. I am here just for a day's visit for an event. Not even confirming if they will drop luggage to my hotel. I am paying 9k for this!

I have come here at 8:45am, probably one of the first 5 cars. The office starts at 9:30am, and I am attended at 10:15am, its 12noon now i still haven't got an estimation for the work.

Contents, i.e. MANGOES,clearly mentioned, and its stuck to its nearest Facility since SAT, its Tuesday, & not even out for delivery.
