We got an asnwer from MMT that we have cancelled the tickets whereas MMT and BA had cancelled our itenerary 2 days before the flight. We will never book on MMT again as they are not a reliable source for booking and will advise al to only book directly with airlines. @makemytrip

We called BA directly who said that flights are not cancelled but MMT has cancelled and we should contact them. we called the MMT agents who tried to restore BA tickets for us but were not successful for the whole day. @makemytrip

Just one day before our flight we had to cancel and book alternative airlines tickets directly. The floor manager of MMT called us to apologise and said he will find out how our tickets were cancelled, whether BA was at Fault or MMT. we never heard back from either. @makemytrip

Any airlines will take responsibility for any cancellations MMT does not take any responsibility for ticket cancellation and mislead you to say the flight is cancelled. Very disapppointed with experience with MMT. @makemytrip

MMT has Rs 33000 deducted from our refund even when airlines had cancelled the tickets. we do not why the fully paid tickets booked 2 months in advance were be cancelled. we raised the issue on twitter with MMT care team and they have not fully accepted the problem. @makemytrip

We booked international flights in March 23 ( two months in advance) for May 23 travel with British Airways as Delhi to London to New York to Seattle to London to Delhi. Two days before travel we get email from Male my Trip that BA has canceled our flight. @makemytrip
