@Delta The customer care supervisor was of no assistance and when I told him I was going to repost my case number he said I was threatening a delta employee and abruptly closed the communication. Threatened? It was not a threat. My case is 7 months old.

@Delta After 7 months since my flight and complaint I have yet to receive any resolution from Delta customer care besides continue to wait. Complaint case number 06143012. I am owed reimbursement of hundreds of dollars and sky miles.
