@DefenceMinIndia @DefenceMinIndia MES is almost collapsed due to step mother treatment given to MES civilian officers by top army officers. Misinterpreted Shekatkar committee to reduce the strength of civilian officers instead of Army so that they can occupy top posts. SAVE MES !

MES is the backbone of Defence in Nation building. However its efficiency is at low due to Military dominance and dictatorship. The rift of Army and Civilian cadre is now at peak .Urgent attention of MoD is needed to save MES! https://t.co/17cdvjAqql
