Twenty-five years of uninterrupted leadership in public life is an extraordinary milestone! What makes it truly remarkable is the scale of transformation Bharat has witnessed during this journey.

From Gujarat to the leadership of the nation, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji has remained steadfast in his commitment to public service and Rashtra Pratham.

What has distinguished his leadership throughout this journey is his sense of purpose, an extraordinary work ethic, and a firm conviction in Bharat’s ability to achieve what once seemed beyond reach.

Today, Bharat is more confident, more capable and more self-reliant. Our voice carries greater weight globally, our civilisational heritage is celebrated with renewed pride, and our ambitions are larger than ever before.

On the completion of 25 years of this remarkable journey, I extend my heartfelt wishes to Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi Ji and pray for his long life, good health and continued strength in the service of our nation. May his leadership continue to guide us towards the goal of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Transparency becomes meaningful when citizens can seek information, ask questions and participate with confidence in the processes of governance. Participated in the programme marking 21 years of the Right to Information Act, 2005, and presented awards to the winners of the Dr. R.S. Tolia State-Level RTI Act Debate Competition 2026.

As governance becomes increasingly digital, technology and AI can make access to information faster and more inclusive, particularly for citizens living in Uttarakhand’s remote and mountainous regions.

An informed citizen strengthens democracy. Our endeavour must be to ensure that transparency, accountability and technology together deepen public participation and make every citizen an active stakeholder in the journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.
