@brianfabella @jordan064679264@NWSSeattle@MorganKIRO7 There’s a very simple explanation, from a fisherman’s perspective, in northwestfishingreports***/Articles/Details/912

@number_1_ @CrissiAndCo @RPOBB@winsplit@RyanVoutilainen@pacificsands @jwhittalTWN Better part of ten years? Less than a decade is nothing. Your ‘superior’ attitude needs adjusting. In my own experience with beaches and waves, I’ve seen sleeper waves, that look identical to ‘regular’ waves from the beach, sweep people out past the breakers.
There is nothing worse than that gut wrenching feeling of pure helplessness that you get when a parent is far away and are so terribly sick with a Do Not Resuscitate medical directive. Love you Mom.
@SnoqualmiePass Tough call opening the pass. Without snow, chains will be worn out quickly and tractor/trailer rigs wont put on chains, as seen in the 1st pic. IMO, albeit naïve, there should be enforced speed limits, using pace vehicles and closing all but one lane. Not in charge though 😂
@PoulChapman@jendij@SeattlePD You sir, are a complete and total blood sack and should be pricked with a needle and then tossed back into the garbage dumpster you crawled out of.
@erin_1776 @BlueCadet__3@FredWhittlesey@SnoqualmiePass@GovInslee Correct me if I am wrong, doesn’t the Governor need the state legislature to approve the budget proposal? This is after the Office of Financial Management makes its recommendations, correct?
@erin_1776 @BlueCadet__3@FredWhittlesey@SnoqualmiePass@GovInslee Our Governor doesn’t control the drivers causing the accidents. I’ve been over both passes in the last two weeks and saw some careless driving. Not just a few drivers and I use the word ‘careless’ in place of stupid, idiotic and fucking nuts. Place the blame correctly.
@erin_1776 @BlueCadet__3@FredWhittlesey@SnoqualmiePass@GovInslee Does the state budget pay for the tow trucks and drivers clearing the accidents? Drivers insurance, most likely. Can’t blame the weather, its gonna happen. No amount of snow plows and crews will keep drivers safe from lack of skill and judgement.
@woodsinkcom @JanePowers1 @SeauxYann I didn’t presume anything.😃 Not at all. In every facility I have worked in in my 35+ years in Nursing, I have been hired almost before my fingerprint clearances have passed. Not once did I feel like I was 2nd class employee or didn’t belong. I did take my 1st job on a bet tho😂
@woodsinkcom @JanePowers1 @SeauxYann If you think that Nursing is a ‘female only’ profession, you are sadly mistaken. It does take a special kind of person to be in Nursing but, gender is not the defining reason. They are under appreciated and very underpaid. Acknowledge them as you would Military & First Responders
@NWSSeattle This am, no joke, in 25 miles, I saw 10+ vehicles in ditches. About 6 more than I saw in the previous week of snow. As a professional driver, I prefer the snow. As a skier, I prefer the snow. As an amateur photographer, I prefer the snow. Everyone has their favorite. :-)
@stewithaphen @dude463_waze @moodyengineer@SnoqualmiePass@waze Thanks for adding to my post. Couldn’t get it all in one. I wasn’t trying to be a smartass. Maybe I should have said… ‘You catch more with honey than vinegar’
