@ColinPlant2022 @scottrycroft The problem I’ve had with council is the constant delays on projects. Going to PH just adds more layers/ more delays. We’ll never come close to any level of real affordability if the pace of building doesn’t increase significantly. A hole was dug and council is dancing around it.

Saying NO to projects. No inventory sends prices through the roof. Come up with real ideas vs. just saying NO.
