We understand that you are flooded with emails but we definitely need a response. My children are young and waiting to meet me.

@CanadainIndia My son is only 3Y and it's been 7 months since I saw him. I have not received the IRCC authorization for my family to travel. How long should I wait? We are distressed thinking about this..

@AgrawalYogs4u I called up the IRCC toll free and they guided me on the website. It clearly says those with work permit and study permit issued before March18 2020 do no not require authorization. But I do not have it in writing and air India wants an email evidence for which I am waiting.

@AgrawalYogs4u @CanadainIndia @TravelGoC My family has been waiting to travel for the last 6 months. My husband is on open work permit and kids are on study permit issued before March18,2020. IRCC says authorization is not required. However, Air India denies boarding without authorization. Plz clarify..

@CitImmCanada I am on work permit, staying in Canada. My husband and kids have approval letters for work permit and study permit respectively. Is it still mandatory to have IRCC authorization letter to enter Canada as their permits were approved before Mar 18, 2020?

@CitImmCanada The purpose of my family's travel is reunification. My son is 3y and daughter is 8y. I hope this is considered essential purpose. I have not received a response form IRCC, could you please help me?
