@Jesii_ca_M I’m a 7 at 15% body fat ,45 years old and I work at it to be in shape 😉Working towards more mass and down a few more % in body fat in the future . Some of those aren’t realistic for an average guy . Anything under 8% BF isn’t that healthy unless it’s for competition.

@Rich_Cooper I’m a 7 now working towards better. I’m in shape at 45 years old🤷🏼‍♂️ I can do 50 push ups in a row ,hold a 5:30 plank ,20 pull ups clean and deadlift 320lbs at 150 lbs body weight. Still fighting injuries before I can lift heavier to build more mass Goal is 165 lb at 10% BF jacked

@GiaMMacool Following you for a while . Like your content .Unfortunately my wife of 17 years left the house,asked for legal separation last month. We have a 9 year old. I’m a successful tradesman , fit and very independent/ debt free . Modern women 🙄 sex was always issues I can last hrs😉

@WeedStreet420 Luckily I was so scared from the past , I’ve just stayed away from the entire sector 🤣. I made profit on the runs from 2014 to 2019 . Unfortunately rode way 2 much free shares after profit to nothing/90% losses😡 😂 I keep watching 2 jump back in . After a good confirmation🤷🏼‍♂️

Finally decided to upgrade to a newer decade for the work truck . 2015 from 2006 . Found a decently clean truck with a good service history for 18k . I tow and fill them tools so not buying anything new just to kill it 😂Feels like driving in a dream compared to my old beater 😂
