@KLM it's been 6 months since I submitted a claim for reimbursement for delayed baggage. I've been asked to provide receipts repeatedly, have submitted everything multiple times, and now been in the dark for 2 months. This is unacceptable - respond!

@Headspace Every day a notification badge appears on the app; all my notifications are off in the app itself, and in iPhone’s notification settings the app doesn’t show up so I can’t turn it off let alone customize. Are you not compliant with iPhone notification settings?

@KLM @mvdvalk Dat is gewoon onzin, want ook daar kwamen geen updates terwijl mijn koffer gewoon af te halen was. Zelfs nu, twee dagen na ophalen, is de status nog niet geupdatet.

@ireneinsingapo1 @mvdvalk @KLM De baggage zou op het vliegveld moeten staan, ik weet niet precies waar op SFO dit moet zijn, maar als je naar unaccompanied/unclaimed baggage vraagt kun je het vast vinden. Zo heb ik het ook gedaan op AMS.
