@JohnBerman 100%. Ever since I run with a handheld water bottle. That was the agreement my wife and I made. Happy to report Boston was my 58 marathon last week. So many good running days ahead of you yet.

@JohnBerman glad you are doing better after Boston. The same exact thing happened to me in 2012 during my 1st half marathon. Passed out at mile 13, just .1 from the finish and woke in an ambulance. Kidney blockage from muscle tissue. You will come back even stronger.

@bostonmarathon @AbbottNews 2014 I was just starting up Heartbreak Hill and a lady came out side yelling MEB won. The entire crowd started chanting U S A. I had goosebumps on my arms and didn’t even realize I just ran up Heartbreak. Will never forget that experience.

@SUBWAY thanks for another pre-race Turkey footlong on wheat. Three Saturday nights in a row to power me through the Berlin, London and tomorrow the Chicago Marathon. One more tomorrow night in Boston, as long as I can find a location still open at 8-9 PM when I land.
