@STN_Airport horrendous airport . Lack of scanners working on arrival , rude Border Force officer . Have complained to Home Office . Last flew from Stansted 15 yrs ago ... never again .

@ukhomeoffice massive queues at Stansted Airport and so many automated scanners closed . After a delayed flight it’s a horrendous service . Try to complain .. ‘contact home office it’s their fault ‘

@TUIUK booked private transfer with holiday taxis through your app. Now waiting at Tenerife airport as they have no knowledge of booking . Terrible service and a waste of the first afternoon on holiday . Fuming .
