I got a call claiming to be Verizon offering discounts on my plan. They knew all the details of my account like billing amounts and numbers (all lines have different area codes).

When I got the transfer and no one picked up - I dumped the call. No one called back.

I figured it was another data leak so I changed my passwords. Your story just made me think otherwise.
