Awaiting the resolution. Once resolved, I will let you all know. How much time, in this case, will be taken is to be seen. @abhi9shukla9

I bought the #YezdiRoadster in 2022 solely trusting the @MahindraRise legacy. I even recommended it to friends. But the ownership experience has been a nightmare due to pathetic after-sales service. The trust is broken. 💔

It has been week now and yet I have not received any calls.Looks like @yezdiforever uses lingering method to so that customer, being frustrated of slow pace of resolution, is forced to pay for the parts.

Parts are also unavailable. This abysmal service will only cost @jawamotorcycles @yezdiforever in the long run and not the customer.

​Free replacement of the Throttle Body damaged by service center negligence.

The Prayagraj center was closed for months, leaving us stranded. Now I am being asked to pay for damage caused by their lack of maintenance.
@royalenfield @HeroMotoCorp set the benchmark for service and customer respect. You are losing loyal customers to them daily.
